Scott Wagner is an excellent agent! I have been with State Farm since I am 16 years old... so approximately 15 years! Every time I need Scott for literally anything - updating policies, running VIN numbers for prospective vehicles, or trying to combine policies for a better price, Scott is always eager to respond and help me out! Highly recommended!

They updated my insurance policy without my agreement or notification which caused a significant increase to my premium. They were supposed to notify me and have me sign documents immediately upon my insurance being instated, which they never did and caused an automatic change through State Farm's system which increased my coverage without my consent or knowledge. Horrible horrible horrible if you have State Farm use another agent.
